Weather forcast for the next 5 days ( Real Time Information)
To find out the weather forcast for the next five days I first loged on to the BBC weather website.
The website uses weather prediciting machines that are located all over London and the south east. These machines feed information into a supercomputer which then converts that dat into a live stream of information directly tot he BBC website that is being constantly updated.
the purpus of this type of real time inofrmatuion is to bring the reader or view up todate weaher reports so that they can plan their day accordingly.
Also it alsows the user to plan ahead becasue the Website also streams forcast for the upcoming 5 days.
The advantages of using this type of real time information is that the user can be ashured that the information displayed on the screen is resonable accurate so theat they cna Plan pritty defornatly what to do for the day and the days ahead.
A disadvantage of using this type of real time information is that if for what ever reason the server whent down whilst you were serching for the weather then the forcast would not be accurate.
also the if the machines failed to relay information to the server then the information desplayed on the website would not be accurate.
dispite all of this thoe the webste still maintains a popular way to find out the weahter focast.
However this is not the only way to find this information out. You can also use teletext or the readio which also use a real time system but are non internet based.
